Southampton City Mission exists to equip the church, to love and serve the city. We provide
opportunities, training, resources and support to help the whole church in Southampton reach out to those around them with the love of Jesus.
With that in mind, we are excited to tell you about our first ever City Mission Day Conference
which we’ve called “Equipping the Saints”.
It will be on Saturday 1st March 2025 at Above Bar Church.
We are really excited to have secured Natalie Williams, the CEO of Christian charity, Jubilee+, as our main speaker. She is a powerful preacher and incredibly inspiring. Worship will be led by the Covenant Church Choir.
It will be a day to inspire and equip the whole family, so we are running three streams at once during the conference:
One stream for primary aged children led by the SCM Schools team,
One stream for youth, led by the Encounter Youth Service
And the adult stream with speakers, discussion, worship and prayer.
Attached to this email is a poster and a PowerPoint slide with all the information for you to
share with your congregations. We will also send you a batch of printed posters and smaller
postcards to give out.
